updating your payment card details
Access your member profile via the red button at the top of this page. You'll be asked for your email address and password. If you've never had a password, or don't remember it, use the "forgot password" option to create a new one.
Problems signing in? Make sure you’re using the exact same email address that you used when you joined LCER.
If you're trying to reset your password and don’t receive a password-reset email, check your spam folder.
Your member profile will show details of your LCER subscription; a few lines down, you’ll see the last 4 numbers of your payment card, with the option to “Update credit card”. Select this option (it works for debit cards as well as credit cards).
You’ll now be sent to a screen hosted by Stripe, the secure payments platform that we use.
You’ll be asked to enter your new card details. To check that the new card works, Stripe will make a temporary charge of £1 which will then be refunded.
