76% of Labour members now back PR, and Keir Starmer has gone on record as supporting voting reform. Due to COVID, we're not sure when the next Party Conference will be - but we must be ready to rise to the challenge. It will be our best ever chance to secure support for PR.To fine-tune our message, LCER is running a series of consultations over the summer of 2020.
